Return shipping

Out of consideration for the environment, we do not offer free returns. Nevertheless, you can of course register a return by email to info@theclueclothing.de. We will share the costs for the return shipping.

 

After you have registered your return, we will provide you with a return label. As soon as we receive your return, it will be checked and we will refund the purchase price within 14 days , minus the return shipping costs of €2.99, to the payment method selected during the payment process.

 

Return shipping costs from abroad must be borne by the buyer themselves.

 

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
