Returns

Out of consideration for the environment, we don't offer free returns. However, we will share the costs with you. Please report your return within 14 days via your user account under "Orders." You'll find the relevant link in your order confirmation.

After you have registered your return, we will provide you with a return label. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and refund the purchase price, minus the return shipping fee of €2.99, within 14 days using the payment method you selected during the payment process.

Return shipping costs from abroad must be borne by the buyer.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
